Beaujolaise-Village Domaine de Fintalognie
This wine is made from the Gamay grape grown on granite soil on steep sunny Northern Beaujolais slopes. Preparation and fermentation is still done in the traditional method by Gilles and Nell Docroux. This wine is cherry red with red fruit flavours of strawberry and cassis. Serve at temperature of 14-15 c.

Loire - Domaine de la Chezalle Sancerre This fine dry white wine from Sauvignon Blanc is high in acidity, fermented in stainless steel. It had a distinctive herbaceous character with hints of elderflower and gooseberries.

Alsace - Gewürztraminer
This wine has a pungent aromatic spicy nose, reminiscent of lychees, roses and cashews. Low acidity high alcohol. 14% ABV.

Rhone - Saint Joseph Red Domaine Coursodon Domaine Coursodon is the best producer of Saint Joseph, this great South Rhone wine. This wine is excellent with silky tannins and pleasant taste of red and black fruits.

A very full-bodied wine, well balanced fruits with rich lingering flavours if plum and berries.

Gerard Tremblay Domaine des Iles- Chablis This Chardonnay shows lemon and citrus flavours and a slightly soft creamy texture. Yet it has a stoney minerality a mouth-watering finish due to the refreshingly high acidity.

La Fiole de Pape - Chateauneuf de Pape This is a full bodied intensely flavoured wine made from a blend of Rhone grapes of which Grenache dominates.

Pouilly-Fume Domaine Tabordet This is one of the Loire Valley’s finest dry white wines, high in acidity and a smokey minerality. A perfect accompaniment for soft goat's cheese.
