Galway Bay - Red
This wine has round tannins. A deep nose with hints of Raspberry and a clean mineral finish. Open up to 2 hours before serving.

Colline d'Espere Red
Oak aged Cabernet Merlot blend.
A well-balanced wine that enjoys the softness, ripeness and body of merlot. The cabernet brings that lovely deep colour and wonderful ripe fruit flavours. It has lingering vanilla oak finish. This wine is best if open for up to 3 hours before serving. It is a perfect accompaniment to roast beef, stews, venison or steak. Serve at 16-18 c

Camp Galhan - Les Pérassières - Vin de Pays Duché d'Uzès Very deep in colour, this wine has aromas of cherry and spices with strong tannins & good health of fruits. An absolute delight.

A very full-bodied wine, well balanced fruits with rich lingering flavours if plum and berries.

Camp Galhan - Cuvée Ripa Alpa Red - Vin de Pays Duché d'Uzès
This big Syrah is the master of the Domaine de Camp Galhan. It is full of characters with aromas of stewed fruits and berries. A very full-bodied wine with long finish almost impossible to resist!

Domaine Baubiac Merlot
A wood pressed Merlot, fruity full bodied with sweet black fruit aromas and underlying hints of black olives, pepper and provincial herbs.

Galway Bay - White Chardonnay/Viognier
The chardonnay in this blend is unoaked, lean, dry and minerally.
This coupled with viognier’s scent of Spring blossom, jasmine and rich flavours of apricot and peach result in a delicious wine with plenty of body and spicy undertones.

Colline d'Espere White This blend offers a faintly peachy, nutty, blanched almond character. It is a full bodied, opulently fruity wine that displays some of the exotic aromas of the viognier grape.
Camp Galhan - Sauvignon Excellent Sauvignon with citrus flavours. Crisp and dry with long finish.

Camp Galhan - Liqueyrol - Vin de Pays d'Oc A very well structured wine. This Cuvée, Oak aged for 12 months, is concentrated, velvety, complex and silky with a long finish.

Camp Galhan - Cuvée Ripa Alpa Blanc Lovely golden colour with green shades. This cuvee has aromas of ripen fruits, white flowers with a touch of honey. Tastes of ripen and cooked fruits with mineral after tastes. A very rich white, very full, creamy and round on the palate.
